Summit Beach Camp 25' is on!
When: June 11-15
Where: Garden City Chapel
Who: Middle and High School Students, Student Ministry Staff Members, Adult Volunteers, Volunteer Food Crew, Nurse
Transportation: Parents and students arrive at Summit Simpsonville on the morning of June 11th. We will leave on the charter buses from there.
June 15th, our group will depart from Camp with plans to arrive back at Summit Simpsonville around 6:00 pm.

Over the week, we will be traveling together, eating together, hanging out together, but more important than those things we will study God's word, we will worship Him, and we will rely on His Spirit to hopefully leave camp looking more like Jesus than when we came.

Other frequently asked questions:
What is the sleeping situation like? The girls are in one room with 20 bunk beds (40 beds total). The guys are in a different bunk room.

How are meals being provided? Our food crew will be cooking and/or preparing all of our meals and we will be accommodating food allergies that we have been made aware of to the best of our ability! That being said, students should be sent with money for a fast food type meal on the way there and the way back.

Who will be at the camp while our group is there? The chapel staff, chapel interns, our group, and other churches will all be at the camp while we are there. We will, however, have our meeting room for our sessions, our own bunk spaces, and our own kitchen/cafeteria space.

Who will be teaching? Our Student Ministry Pastor, Directors, Elder Terry Carlotn, and a guest teacher will be teaching the sessions, our guest teacher is currently a youth pastor and formerly attended and served at Summit for a season.

Does the beach or pool have lifeguards? No, neither the beach nor the pool has lifeguards on duty. Both are, "swim at your own risk." We will however have leaders at the pool and beach while students are swimming to supervise.
